1. General Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best possible service. If you are not completely satisfied with Fintolly, you may be eligible for a refund depending on your subscription type and the time of your request.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for your first payment. If you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable.
3. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will retain access to the service until the end of your billing cycle.
4. Enterprise and High-Volume Usage
For enterprise plans or accounts with extraordinarily high usage (e.g., parsing thousands of pages within the refund window), refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to prevent abuse of the platform.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at fintollyhq@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your invoice number or receipt for faster processing. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
6. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Canceling your subscription stops future recurring payments, but does not automatically issue a refund for previous payments.
