Handling Password-Protected PDFs
Indian banks often secure emailed PDF statements with a password (usually your PAN or DOB). For security reasons, Fintolly does not ask for or store your document passwords.
How to upload:
- Open the PDF on your computer using Google Chrome or Preview (Mac).
- Enter the password provided by your bank to unlock it.
- Select File > Print and choose "Save as PDF".
- Upload this newly saved, password-free PDF to Fintolly.
